1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using WeGetService, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our platform.

2. Description of Service

WeGetService provides a cloud-based restaurant management platform including point-of-sale, table management, kitchen display, inventory tracking, customer relationship management, and analytics features. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

5. Payment Terms

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your business data entered into the platform. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a license to use your data solely to provide the service. Upon account termination, you may export your data for 30 days.

7. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WeGetService and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the service.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeGetService shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WeGetService and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms
  • Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rome, Italy.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
